Greetings, I am delighted for this opportunity to serve as a Music Director on one of the fastest growing Online Radio Stations: SBC HIP HOP LEADER DA BOXX. With ambitions to be a part of a Broadcasting Medium around different genres of music, i desired to know what a radio station will sound like if i chose only the songs I liked. Pursuing a career in the Medical Field as a RN, I decided to look into careers into radio, because of my love for music. In March 2024, I applied for a job at GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS ENTERTAINMENT GROUP for the promotions team. In April 2024, I was called by the Program Director who asked about my experience in hip hop music being on 19 years. In April 2024, I was hired as the Music Director Hip Hop. I planned to have a variety of music from Early Hip Hop to today's Hottest Hip Hop. If it's NEGATIVE MUSIC, I didn't Program that!! Ms. Leela Coleman
